And this is when GM brand quality steps in and tells the dealership to give the guy what he wants or they'll pull support from the dealership for all the bad publicity this is giving to Chevy

My question if the dealership is offering a ZL1 in even better condition then the one owned by the OP let's see the VIN number so we can run the Carfax and see how this used ZL1 that was in a wreck is better than the one the OP had.

Helped out and filled in a bad Yelp review. I'd be surprised if they stay on there for too long before they bitch and complain to get the bad reviews taken off.

Sorry to hear this I hope you win this situation, why the hell isnt gm stepping in and helping you at this point. They should pull there status until they reimburse you for the payments and replace the car with a brand new one. Just my 2 cents.
