"COPO" is priced "appropriately"... If you deliver your new 1SS to a recognized shop, and give 'em a blank check, you'll be in that neighborhood by the time you return with your trailer...and at that time, you'll own a butchered-up SS, NOT a "COPO"...

As mentioned, I have a "letter of intent" for THREE...from one guy...so don't dilly-dally.

I see it starts with a body in white, curious as to who builds it from there.

They're not "new" to this sort of Program...as you would expect from GM, who won't trust the Program success to "rookies".

Are any of the people buying this going to race it, or are they going to become dust collectors for the next 20+ years in hopes they will be as sought after as the 69's? GM needs to build about 2,000 of them, that way we are guaranteed to see a handfull of them make passes at the track.

Thought it said in Wixom, MI. But maybe that was just the engines.

It's a pretty cool offering by GM to make this for the hard core racers out there.
