I have no idea how to quote but diamadhi is likely right about the different roof's. How else would you have a sunroof on an inverted roof. Unless it was lengthwise on the roof of the car within the invert itself.

I really don't like the back up light location, I think it would have been better to put it in the center of the inboard tail lights like on the early Camaros, or maybe in the lower valance just inside the exhaust outlets.
The only bad thing about having the Gas door on the passenger's side is if you have another car with it on the driver's side.. It is easy to forget when you pull up to the pump... otherwise, it is going to be a awesum car!

I too dislike the placement of the reverse lights. My solution comes from the corvette where they reside on either side of the license plate, like this...

Now THAT is an awesome high resolution pic of the prototype.
For all those at GM reading this, it looks B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L!!! I really like the fact that we can see a sunroof on this pic. It does, however, kinda sadden me that I don't see the "mohawk" roof w/ the sunroof. I know it be an increadible hassle...and more money most likely, but... I love that roof. Now, if they make two roofs, I guess that'll work. But, that's a tough decision to make now when buying the car...hmmm.... And I'm sure that photo has been photoshopped as well. They released the pic...which means they are only letting you see what they want you to see. |

They had this issue with the C5 Vette's I believe. And you see how those lights moved on the C6? |

First off...
This is probably been said enough throughout homes, offices, most prominently on this website...... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is so pretty!! The changes made are minute and the overall appeal is still as attractive as the concept. I did not that the rear sits up al little higher and the rear wheel hub is a little lower, but she is georgeous! I showed my two year old the pic and he likes it. The white is awesome but I still want my silver Camaro. But the pics are definietly a present. What a early Christmas present! |

I didn't even think about having the lights off to the side of the license plate conflicting w/ the European plates.
In that case, maybe they could be integrated into the brake lights like we had discussed before. No holes would be cut in the bumper. It would have a very clean look to it. Everything that would be done would be right in the light itself. |

I don't like it that much, especially the back end. I was hoping it would be a bit more retro looking.
I like my 2000 SS better. Rebecca |
