Best headers, catback combination. SS M6
Ive been looking at the ARH Long tube headers. I also love the sound of the corsa catback.
I;ve now got all the money saved up, and am ready to rock and roll! What do you all recomend? Different LT Brand? Im looking for the most HP/TQ as possible with this setup. although im good for inspection for another 3.75 years, i want to get the headers with Cats. Looking for a throaty exhaust sound. I do not know ANYTHING about pipes, x, y, h, who the hell knows? Guys, (and gals) if youve got a few minutes, send me your best suggestions, and where I can find them for the best price. |

Also, size wise? Stock size that costs just $750, 2.5"? how about 3.0" Thanks

the ceramic coating is definitely the way to go and 2.5 is the one to get, I wanted 3 inch, but Jannetty racing where I had mine installed said that with the 3 inch there is a little bit of a performance loss, so I went with the Corsa LS3 exhaust.

go with 2.5, I really wanted 3 inch, but when Ted Jannetty told me to go with 2.5, I knew that was the right choice.

Take a look at this thread and you may reconsider the DT long tubes.

Coating is great for looks but not for flow.. it holds heat in the primaries keeping exhaust from making its way out as well as uncoated headers do, with any header you chose make sure that its an equal length design with a collector that has scavenger spikes which reduce turbulence and increases flow.
As far as a catback, stick with 3" and you want to run a full "catback" not an axleback to achieve the full 3" throughout. Find a sound you like and go with it :-) Happy modding! Zach All of that info was taught to me by ChucksTuning @horsepowerengineering.com

Kooks 1"7/8 into their high flow cats, into Borla' S-type cat back.. Sounds awesome, I get so many compliments on how it sounds
