Question Need Help: Going for the new frame/mechanism

I have an early '12 MY 2LT.

I've had the top canvas replaced. (They did a great job).

I've had to have the mechanism adjusted twice as it has gotten mis aligned.

I just had to have the rubber trim piece behind the driver side rear passenger window replaced as the seal became stretched and wouldn't reseat when closed due to the mis alignments of the frame/mechanism.

The new top is starting to show rub marks.

The good news is the dealer is going to bat for me to get approval for a new frame/mechanism/top.

I'd appreciate any other justifications our group has for the new frame/mechanism/top as the dealer is contacting the regional GM service manager to obtain approval for the replacement.

If possible I'd like to have this dealt with once and for all and not have to escalate.

Otherwise I really love this car!

Thanks in advance!
