To you younger posters out there, I think it's great if you can do it. Way back in 1989, I was 23 years old and bought a brand new 89 IROC-Z. It was fully loaded, 5.7ltr, T-tops, the works. Sticker was $19,970. Sounds pretty cheap compared to today's prices.

dont know how u kids do it... at that age i was still in college and now i'm trying to pay off my loans from my two degrees all while paying for this car, and saving money to go back to school.. oh BTW i'm 26 w/ 2LT on the way..

46 here, I was 23 when I bought my first new Camaro back in 1986 (before some of you were even born). Looking back it was one of the best moves I ever made. I'd have to say it has been one of most fun cars I have had, still get loads of comments where ever I go, has 180,000 miles and runs great. The only drawback was their was no internet back then to draw on everybody's collective experiences with their new Camaros.

So I know exactly what you younger guys and gals are experiencing with the new 2010's. I have enjoyed my first Camaro so much that I pulled the trigger on a new 2010. It's just a 1LT but can't wait to get behind the wheel, should be getting it in about a month. Had to stick with the same color, black.
