The hose that's hooked up to the barb on the upper intake manifold goes to the middle fitting on the top of the Elite can. The other hose should be self explanatory.

The Install is the same as the LS3 minus the mounting location. HERE are the instructions for the LS3.

Feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions.

Best regards,

Thanks all for the hlp.. .This is my second DIY engine mod so far .. I have to say was sort of a P.I.T.A. removing pcv line. I can't even get any of the clamps they supplied on the hoses to the outlet and inlet of the pcv system. not enough room in there. just hope the hoses are snugged enough that they don't leak, and make a gunky mess on manifold and engine block.

I had to buy another hose has the hose supplied from Elite wasn't long enough to mount in the same place you did. When I bought the hose I purchased four hose clamps and used them all. Tightening them down on the engine side was tough to get to as they kept spinning around. I used a long screw driver to hold it in place and a ratchet+extension+u-joint+socket to tighten the clamps.
