Guy on our league shot 300 last night and 806. I wish I had his ball speed.

But with ball speed the accuracy must be there. little off and bad things happen.

Having a 15 mph ball speed I really didn't know. lol

I always thought the speed would leave less time for the ball to err.......

Maybe he just makes it look easy.

It was only his 11th 800 but he lost count of his 300s. lol

The way I throw the faster my ball speed the more revs. The slower the less revs. Kinda cool until the dry lanes hit. lol

Which is also why I can't get my ball speed up.

Sorry to hear about your back ! I was out last month for about 3 weeks ! It killed me !
Well i'm a little late on last Thursday post but I had a pretty good week .. 670'S & 660'S . Ohh . Check out there last game scores .. I'd say Over Average lol We were up 126 going into the last game and lost that game by 152 !!! lost total .

Hey Practice makes a BIG difference ! Keep it up

Well got back from Subbing .. Shot 216-208-232 = 656 with a 212 avg . and we Lost all 7 points ! lol

Also in my league every body shoots under 200's FYI......if you go over its a GREAT night.....but typically good scores are 160-190's
