Baseline dyno #'s

Tomorrow is the big day for me😄 getting some baseline numbers tomorrow afternoon! Any thoughts to what I might put down? Bone stock 1LE! Afterwards the modding begins! What are some of the numbers you guys are putting down for a bone stock 1LE?

380 to 385 is about the average with npp... some have been over 400

from what I have this on this forum is 380-400hp stock! which is insane but great numbers, my stock SS did 364hp so with 1LE it get an extra 20-30hp more!

I did a stock dyno on a dynapack with only a few hundred miles on her, iirc, and topped out at 406hp/403tq. There's another 1le baseline dyno thread started by Newb if you want to read more comparisons, and relatively light arguments about the dyno numbers

The NPP exhaust has no effect on the HP. The restrictions in the exhaust system are up stream of that. This is the reason we omitted NPP on our car as well. I am curious to see what numbers you get.

I'll post a vid and numbers once I get it done. I also opted out of the exhaust package since it's really just for sound and not to much hp

Just curious, what did you do for your break-in?

For the 1st 500 i was gentle and shifted at 4000,after that i was shifting at 5000,but for the 1st 500 miles i took a drive from SoCal to stateline Nevada driving 65,85,65 70 etc, while shifting gears all the time,as well i got off at every off ramp and started all over again. To me thats the best way to break in the motor.

Thank you for the reply. If I can ask you one more question, did you do it on the synthetic oil, or did you put some non-synth in for this break-in period?
