How does this compare to the Adam's Car Shampoo that you normally use? Dwelling time, price, amount used, foam, etc?

If you truly want a long dwelling snow foam you need to try Chemical Guys No Touch Snow Foam. You need to import it as it isn't sold here in the states. However I have gotten between 4-5 minute dwell time and I could have waited a little longer. It truly is the best I have used.

Is this safe to use on a car that has OPTI-COAT on it?

Will it harm it?

dilute it correctly and it should not harm it at all.
