It does sound slightly different than the 12-13 LFX cars... To most that don't sit down and REAALLY listen to it, they would never know the diff. I haven't crawled under the car yet to see if anything has changed, but I think the change in sound has something to do with the resonated exhaust tips... It's possible that there have have been a slight change to the mufflers, or something in the axle back section to accommodate for the revised 2014 rear end make over, but I can't confirm or deny that. Just theories.

Yeah, mine sounds like that.
Since my bike is so loud I was thinking how much I like how quiet the Camaro is. I remote started it real early one morning while standing on my deck and was surprised at how loud and good it sounded. |

It sounds closer to stock than my car, and I have an intake and high flow cats but the stock catback... Honestly I say it sounds the same as the pre14.

Mine used to sound the same way. It's a nice sound. But I went with Flow Master American Thunder. But I did like the stock exhaust also.

If I go with the MRT v2.0 on my 2014 1LT/RS, will I notice a big difference from it and the stock exhaust? I have really been thinking hard about it! It is either the exhaust or some stripes, so I am trying my best to make the right decision!

My 2014 1LT was a whisper compared to after I put on my MRT V2... I bought the CAI and exhaust combo to save money, and both made it sound 100x better!

I'm pretty sure Apex Speed does same thing. |
