Holden V6 Headers

Do these headers fit our V6's?
Anyone have these headers?
I notice in the details it says these headers hook up to the factory pipes and CATS W/O cutting.....
I know JBA headers you have to cut the exhaust and because of the factory CATS.

I believe the "Alloytech" is a bit different... The one that most closely matches ours is the one they call the HFV6 (high function V6). I think the alloytech is an older design without the VVT and direct injection.
