I agree and I'm sure 99% of the folks on the forum do too. However, why put it out there so the 1% can cause trouble. Just more work for Tran and the mods...work they can be doing on the Corvette7.com site (check it out if you haven't already).

Similar to what we had on the LLT. It uses a belt driven pump. We are pulling from the dirty side with breathers for the oil filler cap and the "clean" side. Doing some extra baffling for the "clean" side. Both breathers will allow you to adjust the amount of air flow, and we have a regulator between the pump and the secondary catchcan to adjust the vacuum. On the street we can run near zero vacuum and at the track we can adjust it to whatever works best. Just haven't figured out the best vacuum yet.

Yeah, I didn't think we'd get there that quickly. Once the motor was back in the car things came together really quickly. Now they are just tying up the loose ends (and waiting on parts)...you know, all the stuff that is a lot less fun than seeing it put down the power.

One thing about the LFX....that intake sure ain't purty lol. Gotta use an engine cover with those things.
