The LS has 6 factory speakers, two door, two tweeters, two 6x9 rear speakers and no amp.

Depending on how much he wants for it, you can upgrade your own system probably cheaper.

I put in new 6x9's for about 60 bucks and new door and tweeters for 80. Rockford Fosgate.

Amps and subs go in when Alpine gets the dash kit completed.

If you buy his system you would need the pre-outs for the amplifier that go to the stock head unit, unless he is throwing that in too.

Not sure how easy of an install this is, however you will need the BA amp to power the rears since they are bi-amped speakers. The front speakers I believe are also different than the standard ones.

Each of the rear deck speakers have two speakers built in to them and are bi-amped. Then you will also need to install a center and wire that to the amp which is usually located in the trunk (drivers side, right behind the lights section).

Your car has none of the wiring reqired to install the Boston system, and no way of adding it as it's built in to the wiring harness and not a seperate item. You're much better off going aftermarket.
