Question Good source for closed cell foam?

Anybody know an inexpensive place to buy some quality closed cell foam? Anybody had luck with the Mcmaster-Carr stuff? If so, what? I'm sure the Dyanmat and Second Skin stuff is great but I'll bet similar stuff can be had for less.

Something like the McMaster 86025K56 might work.

I'm looking to have a little bit handy to throw behind panels to prevent squeeks and rattles when I do some sound deadening.

Maybe something real cheap like Greatstuff. It is very much like closed cell foam. Once it drys, you can't poke a hole in it with your finger. Rrreally firms things up. Use it alot to fill gaps when installing doors and windows. Can be used to close hide gaps. As long as you can fit the noozle into the gap, your good. Just make sure you get minimal expanding. Even that expands about twice the size. So be careful. It only costs about 5 dallors at Home Depot or Lowes.

I have used that on cars and I don't think I would again. I used it to help seal up a sub enclosure on a friends 350Z. Work OK, but it was a big pain to clean up when we changed directions after the initial build.

Something similar to Overkill from SecondSkin Audio is what I had in mind... just at a better price. More to lay between the plastic panels and metal to reduce vibrations.

Well clean up is the downfall of the product. If it even touches carpet it almost takes an oil based product to remove it.

EDIT - I just ordered some. I'll see how it works out.
