here is the first 2 weeks of my meet prep training, I have one more week which is this week. I will upload when I complete it. I work up to about 90% of my max for 1 rep so this week is the last week of heavy training
3 reps only week w/ opener after work sets  5 reps only week

Bench Opener 195, switched back to the toes only on the ground, feel more comfortable like this compared to a full foot on the ground, maybe because i have short legs

As a point of reference, this is Kara Bohigian. I've known her for many years. She's 5'2"...needless to say she has short legs. Year's ago she use to bench with her feet tucked under the bench. When she changed to legs flared and out in front her bench really took off. Just something to think about and maybe try for a training cycle or two. By that time you will know if it's a better way to bench for you.
