Working on it. Power rack and leg press are on the truck with more weights. The only thing left is the stand for the heavy bag and some more weights. The bench and dumbells will stay here for use until I get everything organized and set up. Still have to build a wall to separate the gym from my parts dept. so I've got a bit to do yet.

I'm shooting for a couple of weeks. It should work out well, going from 400 sq. ft to about 700 if it lays out right.

appreciate it. I have just avoided dead lifting after my elbow injury. Really uncomfortable lift for me because of it. But I will get thru it and see what happens.

Cool I workout too. I'll follow this thread and give you some ideas when I'm back on a computer, too hard to write on the phone :p

Keep it going! I've been doing it for 10 years now and loving every single minute spent at the gym!

You use a squat suit or was it a raw squat? You must be a monster to squat 700 either way though. Good job.

I think I'm getting old.lol. Got up this morning and my legs were a bit sore after yesterday. Got to my shop and started carrying up some weights. By the time i got the first set of 45's up the stairs i knew I was in for it, by the 4th set I am junk. Think I'll wait for help with the rack and leg press.

I'd love to see you come to the powerlifting side. You'd do really well.
