I'm starting at colonsay on the 15th, gettin' the move and junk sorted out this week. I'm joining the Project Engineering group (I'm a mech eng), so wherever my projects take me I'll probably be up and down.
I'll definatly be putting some pics up when she gets here. Probably sometime in april they say. Did you guys get yours through SMP? Lots of mods in my head haha I'd like to keep my warranty intact though, so probably just exhaust/headers and CAI for now. More than likely, cam/blower in the cards after the warranty is up though.

Like you, I just wanted to do headers and CAI "for now", but I think by mid-April I'll have a "bit" more than that.

Yeah I got mine at Sherwood. I have the factory GFX, custom "Bumlebee" style rally stripes, a Roto Fab intake, Borla Touring Catback Exhaust.
Also have some MBRP GFX exhaust tips sitting in my basement waiting for spring and some Weathertech DigitalFit floor mats. Plans for this year are: Heritage Grill and possibly some BMR suspension stuff. Oh and my GMPP Hurst shifter, if it ever shows up. Here's a link to my journal. Lots of pics and stuff if you have the time. http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=25917

ya it always ends up a "bit" more haha I'm gonna concentrate on finishing off my truck this year I think. Then drive it for the winter, and use the winter to plan the camaro's next moves. How did you find the service at SMP crazz? They were fantastic with me over the ordering process and such, but now that I've left a deposit and such, they kinda keep blowing me off when I ask for the order number to try and track it. Just curious what others experience with them is like. (this is also the first NEW car I've ever bought, so I don't really know what to expect anyway)

That's next winter's purchase is a truck.....driving a classic pontiac sunfire around during the winter doesn't exactly cut it after getting the camaro....I'm going through major withdrawals.
This was my first new car as well and the service was alright I guess, buying it was easy, although like yourself, trying to get any accurate info on delivery time was tough...I gave up after a while. Based on my position in the line and production rates I kinda had an idea when to expect it and i was within a few weeks. At one point they said it was coming in October......3 months later than i expected it.....so yeah. I would assume that if you're not on a waiting list the car will be here in a month or two....before the snow melts anyways.
