Coil Packs? Can it be done!!
So i searched and could not find any info..
Question is.... Can you paint or powder coat the factory coil packs?? Pics would be nice if you have had either done and how well have they held up? |

I spoke with Mike ThePowdercoater about the coil packs and he said that the coil packs would not be a good idea to powdercoat. The heat would be too much for them. The packs are made of a different plastic than the intake manifold. The manifold can take the heat.

I painted mine last spring, no issues at all, and it's held up without any issues either. I painted them CGM, with some touch up spray paint I got from the dealer.
