It better not be the same person that mounts his tires.

I got it too, BUT, like everyone told me in my cam thread. I decided to take the advice and so something to help put what I got on the ground. Bushings, and coilovers should help.

Oh, and......................

PQ... you are burning your old car parts?
or are you heat treating the parts you are saving?
.. or is that a sacrifice to the suspension GODS?

Just a video I found on You Tube.

I made a video of me taking out my bushings. I used a hole cutter bit instead of a big socket.

PQ,

You and Chris installed your headers right?

I am going to be installing some ARH LT's Thursday. I know you went with the Borla but do you have any pointers when removing the stock manifolds and installing the headers? Cause I really don't feel like paying Vengeance almost 3K for the headers, install, and tune just for that. I talked with Nick from ARH and he said he wouldn't have the car tuned right now cause I plan to have more work done sometime this summer. Supercharger, blower cam and other 'small' goodies lol. So if it was you would you wait and just have it all tuned then?

I had planned to do the install yesterday but couldn't get the headers here in time. So I plan to put them on Thursday evening, so I will have them for Pony Wars.

Thanks in advance.

Jerry

Just make sure you don't hit the spark plugs and break them. Take the wires all off, and maybe even take the plugs out. Plus, check your header bolts every other day and tighten them. Took mine about 4 different tightens to finally stay down.

2 People would help a lot too. Other that that, it's pretty straight forward.

Well that was pretty slick... We had to borrow a press tool from a local autoparts store to get the job done.

Great DIY video...

I put the vids together on YouTube editor, but I don't have any way to cut parts off to make it short and simple......

No you don't have to, but if you "Want" it to !

And all of the Mods./ Upgrades come from the same guys that say No you don't have to spend $16,000.00 to get this car to do what you want it to do.
Funny stuff!

Just Saying

Alright thanks. And yeah my son will be helping me. The only thing I am worried about is the spark plugs and cutting the stock pipe out to put in the x-pipe.
