The best muffler to get is whatever appeals to you.
There is plenty of info out there regarding what muffler flows the best.
What sounds the best is subjective.

There is a sticky at the top of this section with tons of different exhaust set ups as well.

Dude - how many times are you going to ask, you asked the same question yesterday, the decision on the amount of noise you can tolerate is yours!

Thoughts on cherry bombs
I was looking up diffrent mufflers on the camaro and which one sound the best I fell in love with cherry bombs muffler it sounded sick but for the muffler do I need to get it welded or can it get bolted on if so would my check engine light stay on i honestly want to avoid cutting but i dont want a full exhaust help me out please

Start with a muffler delete from a muffler shop. It's only 100 bucks. Then you can take your time untill you hear what you want.
