Hey guys and gals, I have been out of the loop to long, been very busy with school.

I was curious about my kit. Compared to most of you, I have had my kit a lot longer. I have experienced no problems with my supercharger so far. Should I be worried about the belt or bearings?

Looks like something is going on. Loosen the tensioner and spin the idler pulleys to see if they are failing.

Oh wait they did contact me about it. I just didn't put two and two together when they gave me the email about sending me new parts for my kit.

Hi !

the bearing supplier Company from the USA send us perfect bearings ... first Batch was perfect and very smooth ... but then the Quality went down to nothing and after the first noisy bearings and Fails we first thought ... no Problem .. Installation Problem .. but then .. after a bearing set failed at a supercharger System that i installed MYSELF in Shanghai .. OHHPS ... thats not good .. so we sourced a german supplier Company SKF and tested locally with one of the kits that was in use in Germany and so we took our responsebilty to take care of our customers and started a big bearing replacement Action ... with metric bearings from german SKF Company

very expensive Action .. but 100% nessesary and when i see the positive reactions here .. i know for shure that this was the 100% correct decision that we did TOGETHER in the worldwide operating IPF-TUNING TEAM ! !

One improovment Idea from the german SKF People was ... to create a beld and bearing complete kit by IPF Tuning for every SC customer to Exchange everthing that drives the supercharger every 80.000 km or 50000mls !

Just to be sure that this fail NEVER happens again !

For those of you who replaced their bearings ,when taking of the Lower superchager pully did you find the power sterring resivor to be in the way ?. Want to switch out bearings soon but was looking at it today and noticed how close the ps reserve is to the Lower pully .
