Found the problem of the bad vibration

The vibration was coming from the drive shaft i snapped a bolt and the other 2 where bent but the bad part was it broke by the trans so if they all brokethe drive shaft could of fell and i could be screwed so they ordered all new bolts for the drive shaft should get the car back tomorrow cant wait

Hey is your JeepSRT8 the silver one with the black hood?? If so, seeing vids of that thing what are your plans for the Camaro

Yep, I've told a few others that it could be from a bad drive line alignment or U-joints, I agree w/ Andro, check it after a bit, the shaft could be bent and it could happen again, its better to be safe.... IMO

Might want to consider a drive shaft safety loop. You are supposed to have one anyways if you run faster than 12.99 in the quarter mile.

no my jeep is black with the hood. over the winter i will be doing a cam in the jeep and for the camaro i would like to install a whipple by summer time.

Just got my car back from replacing the driveshaft. I had a horrible rotational noise, took it in and it was the center support that had gone bad. Had to replace the entire assembly.

yeah not really fond of 2 piece driveshafts, I guess since these cars are as heavy as trucks, might as well put a truck driveshaft in them
