Not really sure because I don't know how accurate it was, but the speedo on my 2000 ZX-12 read 195 a couple times. In Germany. On the Autobahn.

110 on a sportster, throttle locked up i had to shut it off to stop before I got to the 25 mph curve. Otherwise I have no need to go that fast.

155 mph Mitsubishi 3000 GT VR 4
150 mph Kawasaki ZX9 120 mph so far in Camaro in 4th gear , ran out of room . All on a closed course.

Drove in a Nascar stock car in 2005. Team Texas driving school at Texas Motor Speeedway. I think the governor was set at 150, I consistently hit it every lap on the back stretch. Although the most exciting part was passing a few other cars in the turns.
Speed record is 150 for me, but only 125 in my Camaro (empty highway)

Went 211mph GPS verified!
 Went about 221 with different gears hitting limiter! all in only 9\10 of a mile! 8.81 at 167mph in the 1\4 With n2o had about 250hp and then went turbo and pushed just over 300hp on high boost! a measly 270hp for a daily driver! Man i miss that ride!
