ordered a 1ss with no extras on 6-10, just wondering how long of a wait i got ?? thanks for any help yous can give

No Idea! Where in line are you at your dealer, are you inside of his current alocations? If not when does he expect more allocations. There are guys on here still waiting since october and guys on here that ordered in april already got their cars. Its a crap shoot. I ordered in Feb. and haven't moved i was told i will move next week once you move still about another month before car gets built then at least another few weeks for delivery, the system absolutely sucks.

its all bs... ive had my preliminary order down pretty much since november and im still waiting for GM to accept my damn order... so i have atleast 2 months left... i cant ****ing wait anymore... ITS DRIVING ME INSANE DAMMIT!!!

I ordered 3/25/09 and I was one number out of the dealers allocation of 14, making me an R6P(no idea what that means but I'm guess it means first batch of orders) order. but someone dropped and I am now being accepted my dealer told me next week will be my week and on the 06/30/09 I will have TPW(target production week)...

basically I've will have waited about 15 weeks for my car to arrive from date of order...

Easiest answer to give is 3 months due to the basic process with the waiting periods between each production/status change and that's what everyone is told. Maybe it'll move faster with having gotten an available allocation for the month and your order gets accepted by GM quickly.

mine came in today after 6 months.but they didn't start building until 3/15.good luck

1big see my thread someone explained the allocation thing a little bit..... Appears it is a craps shoot unless you can get a dealer to tell you how many allocations they get per month and how many people are in line. Who knows how many will be honest about it though

I ordered on 6/1/09 from Terry Labonte chevy in Greensboro, NC. Still have not heard if it has been accepted into production yet. Dealer told me flat out 6-8 months. I really hope sooner though because I'd like to drive it a little before winter, although it would be a sweet Christmas gift. !
