Thanks for posting pics.....I'm ready to see on in person.
That's awesome that they are putting the extended stripe on the cars now but that's probably because they got rid of the mail slot. That's a bigger kicker for people to vinyl around if you don't know what you're doing. I also like the fact that they rounded the edges as apposed to the straight edges a lot of the current extended stripes have. They just should've made them wider IMO. Still I'm not personally sold on the refresh. I think the only thing I really like is the new square style fog light area with projectors. I'm guessing those won't be HID though. I'm curious to see how they handle the DRL on the non-RS this go around. The hood....I still don't understand why they made that hood extractor mandatory. Should've been an option or not at all IMO. The rear....that subject has been beat to death. All I'll say is that the non-RS tail lights look better than RS and I'll leave it at that.

for some reason I didn't realize before that only the RS gets the chrome strip about the grille.

oh my! You should NEVER agree with everything I say! (...you should hear what I say to Miss Ellen!!!) ...to answer your question: The same way that the chrome taillamp surrounds made it on the 2010-2013s.....which, if you go to any large 5th gen show, you'll see that some black chrome them -- some body-color them -- some paint 'em black..........some paint 'em white..........that's the beauty of a Camaro..........it encourages personalization!

I have to agree with many others on the front end chrome. It looks cheep and outdated.

If anyone in Michigan wants to see some 2014 ZL1s up close and personal, come to the Michigan FBody Meet & Greet at Bakers of Milford in Milford, Michigan. I already have two captured test fleet cars from GM - a 2014 ZL1 convertible and a 2014 coupe - confirmed to be coming to the Meet & Greet.
You can also chat it up with Al Oppenheiser and John Fitzpatrick.

Time for the mods to change the title on the from screen! ZL1, 1LE, and Recaros! I'm on my phone, so 1 pic at a time
1LE ZL1 rear. They are from Michigain, maybe Al's car? Gotta get my arse back to work before I get fired, more when I et home, enjoy everyone! Man I LOVE those Recaro seats!!! I hope we can retrofit them someday. And some more :p White ??? And I think the new colors will be delayed until August when the cars start real production.
