So I sent Gm customer care an e-mail to see if they could tell me why I could no longer track my order...they sent me an e-mail back that said "due to the nature of this inquiry, it is necessary to continue this communiccation via telephone"
Can anyone tell me why this might be? I can not call to get info untill 10 my time thats 2 hours from now....

Maybe there has not been one single update in the last two plus weeks because no reportable material developments regarding production and vehicle shipments have occurred in that time period.

The letter from Fitzpatrick was sent at the end of January to the dealerships, coming up on 2 months

I received the same reply, I called them 2.5 hours a go and was asked just to leave a message and they would return my call within 24 hours.

Ok This is really making me wonder why they can not just send it in an e-mail...is there something they need to say that they dont want documented? IDK just would like an anwser...

There does seem to be a lot of secrecy surrounding this one, usually after such a long time something leaks out.

My guess is you were probably a part of the DOSP of march 6th which got postponed.

My order was picked up Jan 26 is now sitting at 3000 as far as Gm connects, but on the Chevy site it will not give me info.....
