I still have warranty, you still don't have a time slip. Oh no wait I ran my 0-60 but based of my calculations I should run 10s. I'm fast too right ? Get out of here. Don't brag about HP with a 11.4 run.

It only upsets you if you know it to be true. Everyone praises you for the V6 build but again 11.4 is it ? Slap on a bolt on SS/ tires and it'll drag you.

You have got to be kidding. The motor blew at the 1/8th mark on that run, yet coasted in at 11.4. You are either being intentionally obtuse or you have never been to the strip in your life if you don't understand making full power for another 660' would have cut that ET by more than 0.4s. The later 1000' slips showed what it would do (repeatedly) with forged rods.

Dude, I raced Supercharged SSs at that track. All our times were within a few 10ths at 1000' I blew bolton SSs and GT away on a regular basis. Get over the timeslip being at a 1000' track instead of a full 1/4th mile. It ran with FI V8s, it killed bolton V8s. That's head-to-head competition at the strip, not in some paper racer's mind!

Too bad your fastest race was 11.4 and a bolt on SS runs under that. Check the time slips, not your "butt dyno" and get over the time slip ? You mean the RESULTS of the race ?

Check the 1/4th time slip and read your time and compare to a bolt on SS, guess what ? It's still faster check than with a nitrous V8 with slicks , guess what ? It runs 9s. With time slips to prove it runs 9s.

I say I actually ran it instead of talking about it. You feel anyway you want about my car (or any V6) you want, but the numbers speak for themselves to someone that actually drags their cars. If you want to have any credibility about what the time slips say, then I suggest you take your car to the strip, post the time slip(s) and let's compare. Then do your bolt ons, take it to the strip, post the slips and let's compare again. Repeat until you get a 1000' at 9 seconds/117 MPH and then you tell me if my car was a 10s car? Sound fair? According to you it will be cheaper, easier and quicker than what I did, so no problem right?

Wow I had to go to Stillwater this morning so I was gone a few hours. Came back and this thread has blown up lol. I have a lot of respect for Gretchen and his car. If it wasn't for his ventures and Fabberge making a kit, I wouldn't have a twin turbo 6 today. I'm trapping almost 120 in the 1/4 and that's with a slow 2.125 60ft. To me that's pretty impressive. I built a badass street car thats fast and gets 30+ hwy mpg. I take to the track but it's not a drag car. I'm not chasing 10s with it.
