Congratulations! Are you driving it back from TX? I saw a ZL1 on ebay at the same time I bought my 13 Convertible down in LA. I flew from Seattle to LA to get it, and loved the drive back. Great way to get to know the car.

Not sure yet golden it would be a little over 30 hours to drive it back,but I'm thinking about it.

I shipped a car from San Diego to Seattle a few years ago, and it was a nightmare. They quoted me 10 days in transit, which turned out to be about right.

They didn't tell me the car would sit in San Diego waiting to be picked up for almost a week, then enjoy several lengthy stops along the way. All in all, it took over 3 weeks. During that time, it was impossible to get accurate eta info from the shipper.

I am sure there are probably some good shippers out there, but I don't plan to ship a car again.
