Nice Job. The cool thing is to think we have a 3800 lb. V6 that breaks the 6 sec. mark for 0 - 60. I say that is pretty impressive.

Very nice times. We ran yesterday when it was a little warmer outside 54F and we were able to get 5.9's all day. 2011 2LT RS Auto, totally stock. A little wheel spin holds the times back. Great fun either way. I love this car.

Good thread. Finally got around to playing with the Drag Strip function on my ScanXL Software package. I'm running a stock 2012 2Lt M6 (except for the rims). I do run 93 octane which seems to give a little power boost. Anyway, was just trying to get some idea of baseline before start modding for performance. I've been very happy with the speed of the car, although this is by far the fastest car I've ever driven so hard to compare

My first run was 5.5 (screen shot below). After that ran two 5.7s. Had some trouble with launch on one run and hit rev limiter on the last one. I'm not sure how accurate this is but am pretty happy with those numbers stock. Was about 60*F out and around 400ft elevation.

With times like that how can anybody with a clear thinking brain say that these v6 cars are slow.
