Are there really only 5 specific ZL1 mods?

So far it seems that the only ZL1 specific mods are

Mild to Wild Switch
CAI
Super Chiller
Long Tubes
hyrdodipping/actual carbon engine cover.

I don't see any threads about pulleys or anything else specific to the ZL1. No blower cams or anything else being advertised.

Are the wheel offests different for ZL1 wheels then SS wheels to clear the brakes or will all wheels that fit the SS fit the ZL1?

Are there really only 5 mods specific to the ZL1?

Ok, there are packages, but nothing really a la carte. The last one is headers, heat exchanger and CAI, which are listed already.

I guess I'm used to there being a bunch of companies all advertising lots of packages instead of just a handful. I figured there would be threads about multiple pulleys, but no one really seems to say branding or anything, aside from the metco pulley. Thanks for the links. I'm glad it's not as bare as I was thinking it was.

All of those have been discussed many times.

You've been here for 6 years and have over 16,000 posts and haven't seen all the threads on these subjects??

And yes SS wheels will work on the ZL1. I've done it.

honestly other than the CAI almost everthing can be shared.

on the flip side every aftermarket part out there is on the market right now many of them just work with SS or CTS-V so depending on the part it is not really "zl1 specific"

1. upper pulley
2. lower pulley
3. longtubes
4. custom cam
5. head porting
6. blower porting
7. injectors
8. TB's
9. engine internals
10. aftermaket heads.
11. wheels
12. suspension parts
13. clutches
14. converters

all this stuff is availible right now. you can build 700whp zl1 with blinking and 1000hp if you want to swap internals and blower.

I've just been browsing the ZL1 forums for a few days now. We have plenty of moderators that are in here more regularly, so I choose to spend my time in other areas. I'm still looking for people who are selling things like pulleys a la carte instead of just as package deals. That was my question.

That's correct, I didn't google because I was looking for threads re: mods.

I appreciate the effort, but please make sure you're responding to the actual question and not just trying to make someone look bad and doing it wrong.

Thanks. This is what I was looking for. I guess I'll need to start googling since there are very few on the forums about it.
