My original one fit much better than the replacement. Blow off on the first one was my fault. Didn't hook the bungees. Was more used to t-tops than a vert at the time. Got in a hurry. Still think the vehicle behind me had plenty of time to miss it. Not completely destroyed. Use it as a rando day cover. Have a new one for shows. Doesn't fit as well as the OG. They ride fine as long as you remember to hook-em up. But yes expensive.

Could be. Several venders sell them. ACS is the manufacturer. Hope this pic is clear enough. Looked at several different kinds at Street Machines back in July. Liked these best, plus they would fit the car.

BTW love the 69 Indy pace car colors on your vert. Dated a girl back in the day that had one. Couldn't go anywhere without someone wanting to buy it!

[update] Parked in front of a ZL1 today at the VA hospital. They look the same

They do look much better on than off but there can be issues once you hit about 70mph, depending on how it is attached. Mine has the bungie cord style and only once, did I have an issue. I was doing about 75 across the desert in very high winds. I think a hard cross wind caused one side to flip up so it wasn't necessarily all the fault of the cover's connections.

I don't drive mine much, but when I do drive it around town, I put the cover on. I think the car just looks more "finished" that way.

Great car Sengi I've never seen a commemorative gen5 edition in the wild.

Here is mine. The very first car I purchased at 19 was a 1970 Le Mans Sport Convertible. Over the years I've had at least 5 other cars with either soft top, hard top convertible or removable top.

Hoping to retire this year, so this will be my last.
