Yea the stock clutches from what I've read don't like much more power than what these cars make stock

All depends on how you use it. I've had the stock clutch in my last Z06 last over 30k hard miles with 600 at the crank. I've read of several forum members here praise the stock clutch at up to 500+ at the wheels.

If it's working good, I'd leave it. Can always change it later, but aftermarket stuff has their own issues.

Just don't get nuts with burnouts and high rpm dumping the clutch at a tacky drag strip. The most smoked clutches I've seen has been at the drag strip, and you name the brand of uber super clutches. A sticky track will fry the all.

And if you're sticking with what a 1LE is intended for, road course, the stock clutch will do fine. Just flush the whole brake/clutch circuits with a good DOT4.
