For those who ordered from Classic chevrolet in Grapvine , TX - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

An idea ran through my head this morning and i figured i would share with you all. How about everytime someone from these forums goes to pick up their car (from Classic).We all show up and throw a "release" party at the dealer? .For those who already got theirs shows up to "escort" their new comrade off the lot.

Lol, I'm down, I was told mine was the first one scheduled for production from Classic, scheduled to arrive sometime late march or early April. Get your party hats ready!

And I'd for sure bring mine back for other's deliveries to escort them off the lot! Easy way to show thanks for all the helpful info and replies i've found since joining the site. Camaro5 is great!

i bet if enough people show up,it would make the news,a good way to show people still support GM and love these cars

I should be ordering mine from classic this week so i will not be receiving till nov/dec looks like by then i should have over 100 people there to greet me! can't wait boys i'll be the on driving off the show room floor

Good idea....but its a 5 hour drive for me and I'm not driving mine off...probably trailer it home.

You're not serious? You really think you can bring yourself NOT to drive your new Camaro the first time you see it? No way in hell could I do that...

Good idea, Nexus! I only live like 8 miles from the lot, so I am in... hoping to find out more tomorrow about when my own car will be arriving. I was there on Saturday, and they had to pre-sold's on the lot awaiting pickup.... one IOM with Cyber Rally's and one Silver with black hockey's/solid black strip on the hood (if memory serves, i was mostly looking at the IOM one).
