See this is what i dont get, i ordered on 10-24 and when I talked to Alex earlier this week he said i was 74. also forgot to mention, alex told me they were only expecting 6 the first month...so if anyone is further down the list like i am (supposedly) we could be waiting a loooooong time before we get ours..especially if they arent turning out much more than 6 the following months...i cant believe im saying this but im really considering cancelling the order

I ordered on Oct 13th .... I believe I was #22 or something like that .. btw .. a few days later, Eric (they guy I ordered from) mentioned that pretty much all of there inital allotment had been spoken for (so at least 62 or so people) ..

That being said, I think in the first few weeks there were a LOT of orders ..

As far as 6 the first month .. I do think it will pick up as production picks up ...

Remember the first month is only 2 weeks.

I ordered mine at noon on the 13th and was number 14. Since then 2 people have dropped out - now at 12. So even if they were selling one per hour, that would still seem about right.

I ordered on 10/15, I think, through Toby. I was 63 or 64 out of their 67 allocation, which sux because I had another order through a local dealer as #3. I had to change dealers when my original dealer told me they changed from MSRP to Market Pricing instead.....typical. Toby has called me multiple times with updates, and I've been very happy with the level of Camaro knowledge at Classic.

I'm going to give them a call tomorrow to see what # I am now. I'm hoping for a May or June delivery.

I spoke with Toby today, and he said that I was #54. A high number, but still better than just barely getting in the first allocation. I'd expect my order to go through in June for maybe late June delivery. *fingers crossed*

BTW, I haven't pulled my Hurst Short Throw, since I'm hoping the constraint will be lifted by then.

Ordered my 2SS on 10/13 from Eric at Classic. Great experience with them so far. Supposed to get the car in 4 weeks!!

So...not taking any chances, I took off the Hurst Short Throw from my order. I'll just have Classic install it.

Anyone else pull it off?

Anyone else move to 3300 or 3400?

I ordered from Kevin on Oct. 13th and I'm #10. I took the Hurst shifter off so maybe I'll be in the next group.

I ordered mine from Classic, but it's like #88 so i'll be waiting a long time, and GM might go bankrupt. So my question is should I wait for the Camaro or get a G8 GXP.

what does 3300 or 3400 mean? My dealer doesn't seem to know what I'm talking about when I ask him about these numbers.

How should I be asking him in regards to these #'s? Maybe I'm just not asking him the question correctly?????
