Exhaust dropped

I got my car back last night from having a new axle put on. Somehow GM warrantied my car after everything I have done. This morning I went to pass someone and under full throttle in second gear I heard a huge thump that sounded like I blew the motor. It kept running so I nursed it home thinking I blew my motor, then I looked at the exhaust and its scrapping the ground and is disconnected from the headers completely off the hangers. It pisses me off I finally get everything done and now I have to get it flat bedded again to the dealership to have the exhaust welded in place. Here's a picture of the exhaust after I lifted it off the ground.

Can't believe what I'm seeing,

I'm sorry that happened to your exhaust pipes. I know that's a frustrating position to be in especially after getting some work done. What is the name of the dealership you're taking it to? I'd like to look into these matters some more. Feel free to send me a PM when you can.

....Stock headers?....sounds like they botched the exhaust put-back after the axle job...

Does the dual mode still work with two big holes ground into the muffler?

Looks like they didn't get the rubber hangers seated all the way onto the factory hanger stubs. I think I see the rubber just below the diffuser.

I would definitely have them replace the entire system.

+1

Personally if they messed it up they're gonna get me a new one... I know it's not necessarily aesthetic, but I wouldn't want the exhaust compromised nor would I want to see the damage whenever I got under the car to work on it.

I checked everything under the car when it was on the lift today. Everything is fine, one clamp was missing from the header. Doesn't matter tho I had them bolted up the exhaust and I had everything welded because the clamps have always seemed to rattle. So everything worked out great dealership the gave me a new camaro SS to drive changed my oil gave me a voucher for free oil changes so they honestly felt bad and made everything right.

All dealerships should be that way. That is great.
