is the rattle the pipes hitting the tunnel brace, this is easily fixed by adding some spacers

Instead of searching for what size exhaust you have, why not search for the PROBLEM you have. If you would have, you might have found this thread strangely title, "EXHAUST RATTLE"

I had a rattle with my 2.5" exhaust, but as stated above try re-tightening up the exhaust so your exhaust has plenty of clearance around the tunnel brace. If that doesn't work, add spacers to the OEM tunnel brace or get an aftermarket tunnel brace that gives more clearance.

The best you can do is get down on the floor and find the spot it's hitting. My 3" gets really close to the rear diff and the lower control arm on the passenger side. It took me several loosen/retighten cycles before I got it to split the difference between the two interferences. You can usually tell roughly where it's contacting by where the sound seems to come from. If it's coming from right under your seat... it's the friggin cross brace.

I have a 3" as well but I just removed the brace, it's pointless there anyway IMHO. NO rattles.

That's the current status of my brace too! Laying on the shop floor collecting dust.
