Well so much for that. Thanks for attempting to help jcamaro.

Apparently my account got hacked recently and all my gear was gone. I put a ticket in about it and they permanently disabled my account. Guess I'll save my money then.

They can restore all of your gear. It's happened to me and my wife. If you do decide to play, get an authenticator. Free for iOS and Android from the app stores.

They can have all of your gear restored within a few hours to a few days depending on how far back you have to look.

Just contact their support with your information and they will help you out. I've had it happen before too.

Well that's the thing. I got an email saying that they did restore items. But then about 30 minutes later I got another email telling me that my account was temp deactivated. Then when I went to the website, the message was that it was permanently deactivated. I had to email copies of my drivers license or birth certificate to prove I was the account owner before they'd release it. Which is bullchit because I didn't need either to open the account.
