Problem for installation of new pulley.

As you can see, the new idler pulley is bigger, can not replace the lower one. Any ideas? Thank you.

IM not quite sure what you are having troubles with. Both pulleys fit. I'm running both of them right now with a 3.48 supercharger pulley.

What belt are you running?

Just the regular belt.
I mean the lower idler pulley just hit the p/s pulley, so there is no enough room between the lower idler and p/s pulley. They can not rotate.

Do you have some calipers? Can you measure the surface the belt rides on and the entire OD of the pulleys?

Need to know the OD of both please

I am not professional, so I do not what you talked about. Sorry. But I just draw the picture shows what problem I have. Left is with old pulley design, and right is with upgraded pulley design.
