I've seen one car on stock suspension turn 1.56 w/ MT DR's... My best was 1.77 and would love to get in the 1.6X range...

1.6 is a pretty good 60' for such a heavy car IMHO. Supercharged?

It depends on what your power level and mods are. Really anyway you look at it 1.6 60ft time is very respectable.

1.9 sec is good for a stock Camaro 1.7 sec is good for a bolt ons Camaro 1.5 sec is good for a supercharged Camaro But as mentioned, 1.6 is respectable at any power level. |

When I see 1.60 60's first thing I do is puke then call Ted and see what went wrong. 1.50 is bad nowadays. Anything not in the 1.4's I'll abort the pass. No sense in beating the car for a so-so pass.

8 runs at the track. Best 60 was 1.600, 1.602, 1.634 Twice! Back to back identical 60s! and a 1.658 Thats freaking Awesome for a car I got 3 days before! I think anyways. I expect a 1.4 soon. Thats my goal for now working on the sixty. Just gotta get that seat time and figure it out! |

It's crazy how much that matters in the overall ET. I was sliding all over at Atco last week, shitty 60's 1.52-1.56 (no offense, this is bad for my car) and it killed the ET by at least .2. 1.60's 60's is getting it done in your car. The best I've seen an M6 car 60' was Ted's 9.82 Vortech car with Teddy jr driving, He was mid 1.5's just totally beating the snot out of the car. |

does elevation/ DA effect 60' at all? I have been able to do pretty consistant 1.7's but for here that seems to be really good. I have only seen a couple cars get 1.5's and a few others in the 1.6's.
Colorado elevation isn't the best..... |

Yes, well, indirectly. Higher DA will cause a loss in power this resulting in slower 60' times.
