Oz, please checkout the videos on page three of that thread. The noise is horrendous. Can you test yours and see if you hear the same thing? Did your come with the different valves as mentioned in this thread? Sorry, it's a ... LLLOOONNNGGG ... read.

Also, did you watch the Mcnutt youtube video on how to install it? Did you have to take all those wires and such off to get the stock u-tube out?

i'll check the thread out some more before bed, didn't go past the first page earlier. i think it was the mcnutt video that i watched...and yeah, i wound up unclipping and moving a bunch of the harnesses around. it's pretty tight in there for those of us with some mitts below our wrists. his video is pretty much spot on for the install, although he wound up removing a couple things between 7 and 8 minutes that i didn't.

i'll see if i have some noise tomorrow morning when i start her up again, and shoot back a report.

Ok, changed my mind about when I'd check...mine seems fine. I even slightly rotated my can's fittings during install (which I think was one of the suggested solutions in the other thread?) because I didn't feel like trimming any more hose off with my knife (had a bad accident about a year ago, still don't have feeling in my left index finger). Here's a straight-back pic of my install if it helps

Also made a 10s vid, but all I heard was normal belt noise and exhaust bouncing back from the garage door

I am about to order a can as well. Recommendations? I know some have had a hard time getting theirs. Has the back orders been resolved? Is there a recommended dealer?

I like my Rx can. Can't say that I'd recommend ordering from them tho. Almost no communication from them AND they messed up my order. Probably your best bet is to hit up a vendor like apex chase here and just ask.

Check your connections... my RX does not. I know some of y'all have some issues with RX contact Tracy. He really is the most knowledgeable and a great guy to work with.
