I'm keeping my eyes on this for possibly a spring install.

I really like the sound of the power flow kit but its a bit on the pricey side.

I suppose its a little bit made up for because its all ready to be hung instead of having to design a custom setup, but 700 bucks for an axle back?

also remember that this is the price from SLP. In the 3 loudmouth exhausts I've put on my cars in the past I think only one of them was ordered from SLP. The others were ordered elsewhere because they were cheaper.

i checked around on prices for slp and found prices arent much cheaper. mustang kits and such were $30 cheaper. i can pay an extra $30 to have in late august vs. next year.

How did you get $700 if the price is $599 plus free shipping If most Cat-back systems are $1k plus then $600 for an axle back sounds about right to me. Especially since the only thing between the Cat and the axle is just exhaust pipe.

599 for the loudmouth II. 700 for the Powerflow. Different kit, different mufflers, different piping, different price.

I would never even consider buying a catback - for the price that they come in at, I could take my car to a local muffler shop with the entire exhausts system cutoff and have them put a new system on. And still have enough left over for an intake (or more).

The only thing is that the powerflow kit is something I could install myself. Not sure if thats worth the extra cost.

slp loud mouth II muffler $90 each
slp exhaust 4'' tips $72 each
$324 total excluding shipping

then you need a shop to weld the kit on right with hangers and all which will cost about $200 or more. so in the end the kit is about the same price and looks professional. Best part is you can do it yourself with out monkeys touching your car

ahh I didn't know they had two kits, I like the powerflow as well, it is a bigger pipe diameter 3" instead of 2 1/2 if I read it right.
