User Manual Case - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Random question. When I picked up my car on 8/31, I thought this was odd. The user manual for the 2010 Camaro didn't come in a Vinyl/Leather case? Even my cheaper than dirt 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer came with them.

They weren't even in my car to begin with. I had to come in 2 days later and they gave them to me in a ziploc bag and splashed dirty water all over my car while I was picking them up. Needless to say the dealer sucked, but did everybody else get a case for your user manual?

No. These cases pretty much have gone the way of the DoDo Bird.

I expect some day we will see a CD or thumb drive with a PDF ... or maybe nothing but a pice of paper with a download link ...

I too got mine is a zip lock in my glove box......if you want on on thumb drive, the manual is available on teh site, just put it on a drive and a way ya go.

Saved mine from my '07 BMW before I sold it. Works good with the camaro manual

My salesman found a black, soft cloth case with velcro closure. Everything fits except the tire warrenty. I don't know what it came out of but its nice.

Mine came is a nice case - with the dealer logo, not from GM. They put all the XM and ONstar, etc. stuff in there. They filled the tank with gas too.
