RK sideskirts

just bought the RK sideskirts(ground effects) for my CamaroSS. The instructions are vague & only tell how to prep the part for paint but nothing about installation.
my question is this....do you remove the stock OEm part from under the door or do you just overlay the piece on the existing stock body part?
I really can't move forward on this install until I have a correct answer...
Anyone installed this particular sideskirt? any info would be helpful
Thanks!

does it have tabs or anythign where you would attach a screw? or is there like 3m tape all along it? if theres 3m im assuming its overlay. if not you probably have to take off the old rocker.

Old rockers will need to come off either way. Be careful after paint if it is 3m tape as the baking process tends to dry out the tape.
