Talking BMR Stage 1 (sways and 1" drop)... ENGAGED!

  • F*&^K that front sway bar!
  • Springs were so damn easy to install
  • I can't tell you how different the car drives!
It was raining, so I haven't cleaned her yet.
Also, I am waiting to align, because it has dropped a significant amount since install.

Can anybody tell me where a review of a similar set-up is?

If you would have searched in the DIY section, you would have found the trick to getting the front bar out in minutes, without cutting it.

This will probably be my next mod, after a cam. 'Looking good. Can you at least "try" to describe how it drives now? 'might have to make a side trip down to M-I-A for a ride.

It drives like... better?! I suck at describing.
I did read the explanation, but it did not help at all! I got the stock sway out easily, but the new one was a B*7CH to get in! I ended up unbolting more of the rotor tie rod assy.

I know you already have the springs installed but check the link below for directions on re-indexing and aligning the suspension to the proper specs:

Spring Installation

Once it is aligned (and not raining), let us know how the car feels!

You should receive instructions with your package but if for some reason you do not have them, they are downloadable from our website. You can also just print them from here:

Springs

Front Sway Bar

Rear Sway Bar

Enjoy and please post pics and impressions if you get the chance!
