no answers on the first go round, window switch???
I am wanting to add a window switch to my NOS system , wasnt sure what brand or how yo connect for this. I currently have a jegs window switch, that allows for 4,6, or 8 cyl. Setup, however from what i understand, this will not work do to the signal is independent for each cylinder. Any ideas?

i already went thru this myself 2 weeks ago...do as i did and return the window switch..you need the one by MSD#8969 or a brand that has 1 cylinder. I went with the MSD and it works just fine!

Im assuming cylinder one is where you tap the signal wire, and which wire is the correct one (what color)? Btw, i just got.the msd box today, thank you, big big help!

Yes i did, thank you so much. I actually did a little more expermenting of my own and found any cylinder works as long as its the third wire from the left on the harness. I have another post on here about it and a thanks again to you, but i didnt know if you wanted your name mentioned for the help.

guess It makes sense any cylinder works since they are independent.
