Black ZL1 at the Daytona 500
Even though today at the Daytona 500 was just plain miserable, I did get the chance to see my first ZL1.
Of course I got pictures.  If anyone else went today, feel free to post your pictures too.

Let me start off by saying that I think the ZL1 looks awesome. However, call me crazy, but in my opinion the SS looks better when it comes to black. All other colors, the ZL1 takes the cake, but black doesn't do it for me here.

Thanks for taking the time to take and post these! It's great to see them out and about. Sorry about the rain! I'll never forget the last time I went to the Daytona 500 and upon leaving after a long hot day, all the porta potty's were overflowing and unusable! Then the traffic was piled up and took about 2 hours to get out.... and the first rest stop heading north had "no facilities"...... but the people were stopping anyway and jumping the fences....no shyness in the face of urgency! Funny how certain memories are embedded. Being a native of the Charlotte area, I guess we have been "spoiled" by Humpy Wheeler and the Charlotte Motor Speedway which is about as modern and truly has the logistics down for getting in and out.
