Atco, NJ

Has anyone taken their SS to the track at Atco yet? I know a few of you posted about taking it to Englishtown. I have yet to see any Maro's at Atco.

The website isn't as confusing as you might think. I was there last night and they usually have test and tunes on tuesday and thursdays. can get crowded sometimes but that's because the track (i believe) is below sea level so when the DA is great everyone tries to get a great time. It's definitely worth taking a trip to atco you'll see some pretty decent cars. If you click on the calender or schedule part of the website just look for test and tune days. It's $10 to watch and $15 to run your car.

This is something to put on my to-do-list
We should select a date date for a GTG and have a few Camaro5 members show up.

That'd be an excellent idea. It'd be great to see some maro's run and get some decent times.

Cool: Atco is about 1hr south of me.
Right by Wharton State Forest. That is where I go off roading in NJ.

Lets come up with a month and a Day.

Anytime seems to be good. I'm not sure how soon you'd prefer to make it. Seems like not a whole lot of people have the new maro so if we waited til fall we might get more people out and people could have quicker times.

That is fine by Me.
Lets plan it a few months out.
Need to find out what is a good day for us at the track.
Week day or Week end (could get better turn out on weekend) if we can run.

Link to this years schedule.

Week day or Weekend could be a toss up. It really depends if they have any events going on during the weekends. if it's planned far enough in advance even a week day could have a good turn out

I'm about 30 minutes or so from Atco. It's not a bad hike down rt 206 south. Raceway Park, is that in Old Bridge? I think I'm approximately 30-45 minutes from there but I'm not entirely sure because I've never been there, usually only go to Atco
