Like the title states. I will be replacing my rear cog drive 1:1 with the OD Cog drive and replacing my 3.6 pulley with a 3.8 pulley. I also have a 1/2 phenolic spacer installed as well.

Does anybody know off hand what size belt that i would need for when i install the 3.8 pulley. The belt i have right now has no play and i know when i put the 3.8 pulley on, i wont be able to use the same belt. Maybe somebody has this setup with the spacer. Thanks

While I don't have anything similar to your setup, but the math from the pulley swap alone, would require the need for a belt 3/4" longer.

When you state that your current setup has no play, are you saying that the tensioner is maxed out?

Yes the tensioner is maxed out. So maybe instead of going 3/4 more, maybe go an 1 inch more so that they tensioner can have some play?
