Lsa conversion on e85 dyno results

Finally made it to the dyno after having trans issues. I ran into some spark blowout issues on the dyno but got it all sorted out.

On pump gas the car made 595/677 with 5 degrees of timing

On e85 it made 731/711 with 14 degrees.

The tuner said he could have put a little bit more timing in it but we decided against it as I'm still on the stock bottom end. The 140 degree blower Temps weren't helping either.

If anyone was curious, the fic 1000s are done at this power level on e85 and through the 4l80

Good numbers. Time for bigger injectors? I'd have thought 1000cc would have been enough

What fuel pumps? Those are great numbers through a 4l80

5 degrees of timing on pump gas! Wow. That is as low as I've ever heard someone running. Just getting a ton of knock? Goes to show you that every engine likes something different.

Great numbers on E85. Congrats!

Absolutely! Just needs a little more tweaking and we're ready to make it to the track!

You should have more room with those injectors. What psi are they at? They should flow a ton more if you turn up the fuel pressure.

Which fic 1000s are they fi clinic or fi connection and are they rated 1000cc at 3 or 4 bar fuel pressure?

Base pressure? Rising rate?

Could be that 4l80 is just eating up power and a loose converter, but should be able to make more power.

I have fic 1000 and make 720-750 ish thru my th400 on e85 and at 96 percent duty cycle at the top of a pull. With a squash fuel system on 58 psi I believe the statement to be true.
